Cookie policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember information. Here, cookies also means similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage.

This text covers the fescims.com website. The Cims app does not use cookies.

2. Who uses them

The website belongs to (more details in the legal notice). Google Ads cookies are set by Google Ireland Limited, only if you accept them.

3. Which cookies we use

  • Technical, our own: “cims-cookie-consent” (local storage) keeps your cookie choice for 12 months. It is needed to respect your choice and does not require consent.
  • Advertising, from Google Ads (only if you accept): “_gcl_au”, on our domain, lasts 3 months and links visits that come from our ads with what happens next on the site. Google may also use cookies on its own domains (such as “IDE”, on doubleclick.net, for up to 13 months) to measure ads and show them to people who have already visited the site.

Google explains its cookies in how Google uses cookies in advertising.

4. Legal basis

The technical cookie is exempt from consent (article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002, LSSI). Google Ads cookies are only set with your consent: until you give it, the site doesn't load Google's code.

5. How to accept, reject or change your mind

When you first visit, you choose in the cookie notice: “Accept”, “Reject” or “Configure”. Rejecting is as easy as accepting and doesn't stop you using the site.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. If you withdraw it, we delete Google's cookies from our domain and the site stops loading its code. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

We ask you again after 12 months.

6. Transfers and more information

Google may process the data in the US; the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More in Google's privacy policy.
