Torrent d’en Bià + Rec del Toll

Torrent d’en Bià + Rec del Toll is a combination of two canyons, offering a total of 4 rappels, the longest being 12m. The 40-minute approach from Ciuret involves following a track, then a zigzag ascent, and finally traversing along the right side of Torrent d’en Bià to reach the start. The first rappel is 12m, almost at the path's edge. After a 250m walk, a 5m rappel leads to a scenic spot. The third rappel is another 12m drop. The canyon is usually dry in Torrent d’en Bià, with some water in pools in Rec del Toll, so a shorty wetsuit is recommended. Anchors are acceptable, a mix of parabolts and natural points, partially re-equipped. The descent takes 1.5 hours for Torrent d’en Bià and an additional 30 minutes for Rec del Toll. The return walk is 40 minutes. Escapes are available throughout the canyon. A single 30m rope is sufficient.
