Torrent de la Frau Integral Combinación

The Torrent de la Frau Integral is a dry canyon near Sant Corneli with 11 rappels, the longest being 15m, and a notable 660m tunnel section. The approach is a quick 10-minute walk from the upper car park near the cemetery, crossing an electrified fence and two torrents. The descent begins with a 4m rappel (destrepable) and continues with several simple rappels of 10m, 13m, and 15m, all equipped with parabolts. The 15m rappel leads to the entrance of the long tunnel, which features stalactites and nocturnal inhabitants. After the tunnel, a 25m rappel (or 8m to a ramp) leads to a track where an escape is possible to the right. Continuing the integral descent, there are further rappels of 19m and 16m. The canyon is equipped with parabolts and requires two 20m ropes. No wetsuit is needed. The return walk to the lower car park takes 30 minutes.
