The 30-minute approach from Gurp involves following marked trails, crossing a stone bridge, and reaching the canyon bed. The descent includes six rappels, the longest being 25m. The first two rappels (3m and 5m) are downclimbable. The third rappel of 15m requires a handrail to reach the anchor. The canyon has no escape routes. The return walk takes 20 minutes.
