The approach is short, just 10 minutes from the Sant Climent hermitage, following a track and then going cross-country to the torrent. The descent features 5 rappels in the tributary, followed by additional rappels in the main Jou torrent. The longest rappel is a spectacular 28m drop. Other rappels include a 12m, 10m, 12m, and 10m, all vertical and well-equipped with parabolts and chains. No wetsuit is needed. The route was partially re-equipped in 2023. After the 2-hour descent, a 40-minute return walk completes the circuit. This canyon is suitable for those looking for a dry, vertical experience with good anchoring.
