Barranco Garganta de Ordiso

The Garganta de Ordiso, near Torla, is an aquatic canyon with a 50-minute approach from the Bujaruelo Valley parking. The route involves walking and swimming, with three rappels, the longest being 10m. A full wetsuit is recommended due to the high water flow. The descent starts with a 10m jump into a large pool, which can also be rappelled. The canyon features several toboggans and a second 10m rappel requiring a careful jump to avoid a rock ledge. There's also a 2m downclimb with a fixed rope and another jump with a fixed rope for assistance. Anchors consist of parabolts and spits, generally in acceptable condition. The canyon is characterized by mixed sections of rock chaos, walking, and swimming. Escape routes are available, and the return walk is 20 minutes. A single 25m rope is sufficient.
