The Salt del Fitó, also known as Portús, is accessed via a 45-minute approach from El Portús. Park after crossing a tunnel and follow a track, then a parallel path to the streambed. Be careful at a key fork: go left where signs point to Salt de Fitó to avoid extra distance. This canyon is typically dry with stagnant pools. The descent begins with a long 40m rappel to a large pool, which can be bypassed on the right. A 6m handline helps access the anchor. A 12m rappel follows over ramps and small puddles. Anchors are excellent M12 parabolts, re-equipped in 2024. Two 40m ropes are required.
