Barranco del Sorrosal Broto, Huesca Doble cascada

The Sorrosal canyon, known for its double waterfall, is currently closed. The 10-minute approach from Fragen leads to the bridge, then descends to the stream. A full wetsuit and two 50m ropes are required. Anchors are a mix of parabolts, trees, and chemical bolts. The descent features 8 rappels, with the longest being 45m. The first rappel (8m) from a tree leads to a series of slides and short drops. A notable slide is initially gentle, then narrows and turns. The canyon includes several more slides and a second rappel (11m) from chemical anchors. Escape routes are available via a via ferrata. The return walk is very short, taking only 5 minutes. This canyon is a classic aquatic route with varied obstacles.
