Torrent de la Bleda

Torrent de la Bleda is a short, well-equipped canyon near Canaletes, suitable for winter, spring, and autumn. The approach is a quick 10-minute walk from the parking area, following a path next to a vineyard and signs for Salt de la Mala Dona. The descent includes three rappels. The first, Salt de la Mala Dona (12 m), has a somewhat uncomfortable overhang. An escape route to the left is available here, leading to a path directly to R2. The second rappel, Salt del Cups (12 m), lands in a surprising round pool. The course involves navigating through dense brambles, so pruning shears are recommended. Anchors are excellent, with stainless steel parabolts. While usually dry, a full wetsuit is needed if there's water. The longest rappel is 18 m, requiring a 2x20m rope. The return walk is 20 minutes.
