The approach is 15 minutes from the Coves de Salnitre parking, following stairs and then a path. Note that access via the Coves de Salnitre stairs may be officially closed due to damage. The ascent through the Torrent del Fondo is challenging, with a narrow passage (Pas de la Barra) inside a cave requiring contortionism and protected by a thin cable. This leads to a 4m chain section and then a canal with three 20m chain sections. The route involves a 502m vertical drop. The return is a short 5-minute walk.
