The approach is very short, just 3 minutes, following a track for 500m from the parking area near an old coal mine entrance in Fígols. The descent features seven rappels, with the longest being 55m. The first rappel is 11m, followed by another 11m rappel with a slightly exposed access. After these, there are 300m of easy downclimbs with small pools that can be avoided. Subsequent rappels include a 4m single-point drop and a 5m rappel. The canyon is 1900m long with a vertical drop of 390m, taking about 3 hours to descend. The return walk is 45 minutes. Escape routes are available.
