Torrent del Greixot o Riu de Cerdanyola

The Torrent del Greixot, or Riu de Cerdanyola, offers a 1.5-hour descent with 5 rappels, the longest being 35m. The 25-minute approach from Sant Julià de Cerdanyola involves parking at either a lower or upper spot. From the upper parking near the hermitage, a path leads to the torrent, requiring a somewhat tricky turn to descend to the water's edge. Anchors are excellent, featuring parabolts, chemical bolts, and natural points. The canyon begins with an optional P6, followed by the main rappels. The water level dictates whether a shorty or full wetsuit is needed. Two 40m ropes are required. The return walk is a quick 10 minutes.
