Aiztondo, near Uharte Arakil, is a surprising crag with good quality limestone and 14 multi-pitch routes up to 120m, predominantly in the easy to medium grades from V+ to 6a+, though it also has a 6c+. The south-facing aspect ensures sun exposure, making it suitable for cooler seasons. The routes are well-bolted with 10mm parabolts, offering comfortable clipping and a low psychological factor. Approaches to both sectors, Aiztondo and Makurketa, are very short at just 5 minutes. Be aware of potential loose rocks and ensure you have a rope at least 60m long, as pitches can be up to 30m.
