Malpartida

Malpartida, located in Los Barruecos Natural Monument near Cáceres, is exclusively a bouldering area on coarse-grained granite. Climbing with ropes is strictly prohibited, and fines may apply for non-compliance. The best season for bouldering is from October to April, though the sun can be intense even in winter. In summer, it's possible to climb early or late in the day, seeking shade. The rock is abrasive, so be prepared for tough skin on your fingertips.
