Peña María, located by the Turia river near Gestalgar, offers 26 routes from V to 7c+ across three sectors. It features fully equipped multipitch routes and about twenty shorter sport routes on limestone. The crag is ideal for late spring and summer due to its north-facing aspect and riverside location, which provides shade and the opportunity for a refreshing swim. Sectors include Placas Izquierda (10 routes, 5 min approach) with grades from V to 6c, though the base can be wet, and Desplomes Derecha (14 routes, 5 min approach) which features impressive overhangs with grades from 6b to 7c+.
